I tried other creams that apparently were too light for my skin. My late 30's skin was needing more hydration. I tried this in a moment of desperation. I love how this glides in my skin and doesn't leave a shiny residue like others. It actually leaves my skin with a very nice finish as if I put primer on my skin. The smell is good when you sniff in the jar, but once it touches your skin, I don't know why, it does smell weird, but moisture-wise it does the job for me, that's why I keep using it.
