It's a great product. Glad I got it. Was always looking to buy a steel pressure pan and finally made it. I had an aluminum one but was not comfortable cooking tomato or any tangy thing since it I read somewhere it may be health hazard. But finally what a relief I got this steel one. very nice product, not too small. cooks food perfectly in less time wit less water & less burning [ if you know how to use it right]. there may be charring at times,but clean up is easy[hot water & soap & bar keeper's powder].
