These protein bars are fairly low in sugar (6 g), and high in protein (10 g). I can have one for a snack at work, and it will hold me until my next meal, and seems to keep my blood sugar more level than other snacks.

I love them. I pair them up at breakfast with a slim fast shake and I'm still under 10 g of sugar. They're super delicious, without being over sugary. I have been eating the traditional oats and honey bars for longer than I can remember, and I'm 58 years old. While I still love those, this sweet and salty offers great texture and a different flavor profile that I really enjoy.
