A bottle has 200 mg of caffeine, so about the same as a Starbucks cup of coffee or about two espresso shots. Sugar-free drinks can have a weird taste, but this one surprised me with how pleasant tasting it was. It uses sucralose, and has natural color from black carrot juice, and those vitamins. As a sports drink, this can help restore a little bit of expended energy, give you a little afternoon pick me up, a pleasant fruity flavor instead of just coffee or other energy drinks. If you're used to how well Gatorade can quench thirst and supply electrolytes, this one has the little added kick.
