Let's not kid ourselves, it does not taste like a homemade brownie. Definitely has a bit of a "proteiny" taste to it. Overall though, it's really good. Decent protein and fiber content. If you're needing to satisfy your sweet tooth, this beats having a "normal" brownie with 2x the calories, fat,etc. Will definitely buy again
