So Cool

This was probably my favourite build. The 9X8 is such an impressive car in real life, and the designers perfectly captured that with this set. The details are all there, working doors, hood, gears, engine, steering and suspension. My only wish is that there was some sort of windshield to give it a more polished look, but overall, this set is great!

Hopefully the first of the WEC cars...

As a WEC fan I ordered this set as soon as it was avaliable and I wasn't disappointed. Took me about 10 hours to build over 2 weeks due to work commitments. Looks fantastic when finished and fun to put together although some sections was a bit fiddly, I suspect some children may find it a bit too technical. But stick with it and you won't be disappointed with the results.

Great companion for 42039

Great looking, good size and a rewarding build. Didnt experience any errors and the colours are clear to see even with the darker grey pieces. Lots of stickers that I chose to leave off. A great companion for the old le mans car 42039. The glow in the dark pieces are a little gimmicky as unless you're in complete darkness you wont see much but still a clever way to incorporate green 'lights'
