Start with a clean and dry eye area- Prime applicator by twisting cap until product is visible- twist cap 5 times and apply onto lashes and along the upper lash line- Allow serum to dry for 60 seconds before applying primer, mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow- apply twice daily.

Really Does Work!
I bought this after one of my eyes had an entire section of missing lashes. I only used it at night (even though twice a day is recommended) after washing my face an removing all mascara, etc. And after a month of use the area that was missing lashes has all filled in! I used it on both eyes, and now I have longer, fuller looking lashes. Such a difference! I am buying more to use as a preventative measure. Highly recommend his product and the price is so reasonable. There are many way more expensive ones out there, but give this one a try first!
