Versatile Snack

My husband & I follow a carnivore/ketovore diet and these Chicharrones help satisfy the cravings for something crunchy. We use them in so many ways - crushed in place of bread crumbs, with cheese dip, and a new favorite - in place of cereal, crushed chicharrones, cinnamon, heavy cream & a splash of milk. I know - I was nervous at first too, but man is it good!! Discovering there is no seed oil used was such a fantastic bonus.

Fried in Lard and not vegetable oils, gluten free

Ingredients are just Pork and Salt. I called them and they fry them in LARD. These would be acceptable in a Carnivore diet which my husband is on. :) and GLUTEN free too. Thank you
