I love the flavors and quality of these Go-GURTS. It’s a great way to get calcium if you don’t like to drink milk. Also a great snack and to get some vitamins and probiotics. Putting them in the freezer for a low calorie, frozen treat is a great option, too.

Every flavor is yummy
Yummy thick yogurt. We have tried every flavor and they are all delicious. Tastes so good. My kids love to freeze them and it turns into a healthy yogurt popsicle. Also you can cut them in half when frozen and they make the perfect size for the small children. So 100% you should try these and definitely freeze them and give them a taste that way. They taste different frozen so it's a double snack.

Good snack on the go even for adults
I think Go-GURT's are a good snack choice. Smaller kids seem to need a little bit of help with eating them just so they don't get yogurt all over themselves, though most kids do pretty well with eating them without making much of a mess. They last quite a while in the freezer and when they defrost you really can't tell they were ever frozen previously. I'm 41 and I actually enjoy them for myself sometimes. I can't stand the cotton candy flavor but my teenage daughter loves the cotton candy flavored Go-GURT'S. I enjoy strawberry, raspberry flavors. When I find them on sale I always buy them.
