Great healthy way to eat grains.

Three of my best grain combinations to maximize good health eating with grains. Unfortunately, but to be expected, only enough for a small appetite size serving if eating it alone. So be prepared to add other food items for a complete meal as more protein and fresh veggies.

Seeds of change rice is phenomenal!!!! Best convenience rice I've ever had!!!! Pop it in the microwave or in a pan with a little water and it's ready to go!! I love rice but usually microwaved rice has a little after taste but no seeds of change! I will be buying this again!

I like the simple, basic ingredients, and that it only takes about a minute and a half in the microwave to prepare. Have purchased these many, many times in the store. I DO usually add garlic powder, olive oil, and other things to it, but it really can stand alone by itself. Great quinoa and rice, and easy to digest, too.
