Sometimes when I want to wean off soda I use this as a crutch. It's tasty enough and gives me enough flavor to be able to do that. I like that I can take it with me anywhere I go easily and that I can control how much I use. I tend to use A LOT. That's just me. When you are first starting out use a little, you can always add more. That's my best advice when trying to find the right mix. Works best in COLD water... flavor just seems better. You can even add it to juice or other beverages to add other flavor to it... for instance orange juice/apple juice or an adult vodka type beverage. This stuff is fun to experiment with. I even tried putting some of the various flavors in Coke once but although it tasted good it made the pop flat in a hurry.

Mio is my favorite water enhancer. It is so easy to use and I am able to put one in my bag to take with me to work or the gym. These fruit punch flavor drops help me to drink more water and less soda throughout the day. . I have been a heavy soda drinker and needed to start drinking more water so I tried Mio. I was so happy that I did because I feel better now that Im drinking more water. Its inexpensive and gets the job done without adding calories. . A little goes a long way, as these are pretty sweet, so I only use a tiny bit with a large glass of water or a water bottle. These last for much longer than youd expect since the flavor is so concentrated. My 9 year old nephew even enjoys this and this is his favorite flavor to enjoy. I highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble drinking enough water throughout the day like myself or who wants to decrease their sugar intake. Also, especially for those that need to up their water intake but dislike drinking just plain water.
