This mp3 player arrived with an extensively scratched up screen and no protective screen film on it, as one would find on a new item. I believe it was used, returned and resold, which reflects poorly on the seller. The player comes with headphones, SD card and charging cord. The ports for charging and headphones are very difficult to use; the cord/headphones do not plug in very smoothly to these ports. The included headphones are uselessly hard and uncomfortable and ill-fitting for anyone except Shrek, perhaps. The radio feature on the player is worthless; attempting to get reception indoors or outside was useless, whether with the included headphones or several of my own pairs. The volume is excellent and the sound, in my opinion (for music stored on the SD card) is of good quality. The item casement is a pretty pale pink and is very soft/smooth to the touch. The initial charge on the device lasted a long time; subsequent charges did not last as long. I guess I am surprised that this was sent out with such a scratched up screen (see photo); after receiving it and having trouble with it, I noticed one review on Walmart.com from another customer who also complained of receiving a device with a scratched up screen. Maybe I got that customer's returned device, who knows? Hey buddy! Hope you found a better mp3 player; I plan to resume my hunt for a better device. Returned.

You get what you pay for. Screen was scratched up. It may have been previously used as there was some weird music already on it. There is an on/off switch that does absolutely nothing... 2 stars since it does turn on and play. Haven't tried adding my own music yet but hopefully that will work, Will also see how long it stays charged for. Really shouldn't expect much for sixteen dollars, definitely do not pay more than that.
