Very effective yet gentle. Does not affect my gums in any way like many other toothpastes do. If I want whitening effect I combine it with Smileactives gel, it is greatly compatible with it. Both products are gentle to my gums and mouth lining, yet I get the same results as those harsh whitening toothpastes give, if not better.

I've used this gel toothpaste my entire life (not exaggerating) and it's fantastic. It's the cheapest toothpaste I can find and yet super effective. A lot of dentists spend little time needing to clean my teeth and are always surprised by how well my oral hygiene is kept up. Just goes to show that you don't need the fanciest, most expensive toothpaste when you're focused on technique. The taste is minty and the gel is a bright blue.
