Just as good as the name brand at significant savings. Blu Emu really does help aches and pains unlike other ointments that just mask the pain. People with injuries even ones considered permanent can get relief as it gets to the root of the problem and helps to heal when used consistently. For superficial injuries rub a sufficient amount into the skin till you don't see it anymore. Some people with permanent injuries will put a thick layer on that's visible and then cover it with a wrap to keep it in place and not rub off on anything. By doing so they don't have to apply it as often.
