Well its got enuf caffeine to dink a battle ship....so its no mystery that a stimulant that your heart rate increases therefore delivering the pain med faster. Its a pain to open the packets. ...esp. if you have a killer headache and you cannot open your eyes to see the little dotted line indicating where you should tear the packet.Sometimes i pour it into my mouth and it makes kind of a dust....a citrusy dust...so if you breath the wrong. way or at the wrong time you my start to cough.. After all those negatives the product is in my truck and my medicine chest. It really destroys a headach. All of a sudden you'll say HEY...my headach is gone!

Hello folks this is the greatest thing since the wheel please 🙏🏾 believe this it's a high dose powder and if you suffer from excruciating pain as I do you'll love it it's fast acting and it doesn't put you to sleep but don't overdo because it's aspirin and it could lead to blood 🩸 thinning but it's sure been a friend to me!!!
