I have three different water fountains throughout the house for my three cats. This is my favorite one. It makes no noise whatsoever. The other two make noise of water splashing, which can be annoying to some. (Me). Also, with this one, there is no need to unplug it when you want to take it over to the sink because the electrical part is separate from the water reservoir. It does come with only two filters, but you can buy more.

Its an awesome water fountain! No noise at all. I have 5 kitties. They have never had anything like this so i dont know if they will use it. But they are very inquisitive about it tho so im going to keep my fingers crossed that they will. when you start it up its a little noisy from the pump trying to get the water to go up to the little faucet thing but dont worry itll take a few minutes and then its completely quiet. i love the little blue light too! and it comes with extra filters! and a little cleaning tool! great value for the money!
