Works better than our expensive Steak Knives.

After reading so many bad reviews, I almost didn't buy it. But, the price was so inexpensive, I bought it any way. I used it last night to cut up a BBQ'ED Rib Steak, and it cut through it with ease. Not sure how long the blade will hold up? But for now it cuts great. The Sheath stays on the knife and does not come off in the Silverware drawer untill you remove it to use. I bought this knife because I can't stand the Steak Knives that came in our set of knives.
