Atkins products are generally delicious but they hit it out of the park with this one. I love the texture which is kind of like a kit kat bar. It's sweet but not overly so. At 170 calories and 10 grams of protein, it's a healthy snack or a hood way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

A Treat : Crispness, creaminess, and gooey chocolate PB experience without sugar gives a rewarding and delicious taste I like it better after kept in the refrigerator- crispness is intensified and the gooey chocolate is preserved Watch out for its 170 calories- that's line a good 30' cardio so I do it sparingly 16 years later and 43 pounds leaner thanks to Atkins and a lifestyle change!

I love these wafers. They have a nice crunch and the chocolate crème filling makes them feel more like a treat than a protein snack. They're easy to throw in my bag and they help curb my sweet tooth. Definitely one of my favorite Atkins snacks. They are a little expensive. But I still enjoy them. I'm on the keto diet and these are low sugar and I eat them every so often. They have 3 net carbs.
