Low sodium soup here people.

This soup is amazing, however, We are used to low salt so ,the taste for us is not the taste for you. I ordered a 2- 4 packs and we got them, oncan was so damaged from shipping? We had to toss it. I am not sure delivery is a good idea for items like this, but most of the time it turns out fine. The texture of the soup is normal, normal soup... I mean its not stew, ok. Its great for lunch or dinner or even breafkast depending on your working shift. You can add crackers or not everyone has like to do that but you can if you like. If you are looking for somethings different, give it a try.

light on spice (and that's a good thing)

I can't tolerate anything overly salty or spicy. That rules out most canned soup. Amy's low-sodium lentil is one of the few exceptions I've found, and it still has more going for it taste-wise than a can of plain lentils.

Amy's lentil vegetables is my favorite. This plain Amy's lentil soup was also good. Still canned, not as good as fresh, but SO much better than other soups on the market for those looking for a healthier option.
