Good taste and good amount of protein for the cost. It's dairy and coffee free which is a must for me. There is that protein shake aftertaste, but compared to most shakes it's very slight. I'm definitely gonna stick with this brand and try out the different flavors.

No nuts, oats or dairy = no tummy aches. I suggest drinking only half at a time, as we can only absorb so much protein at once and too high a dose can stress the kidneys. It makes a fantastic iced mocha - I keep cold coffee on tap just for this; I use only half a pack and it keeps me full for hours. If I want a sinful-tasting but guilt-free little treat, I'll have a couple of mouthfuls from a pack in the fridge - it tastes like liquid candy - just lip-smackin'.
