Minor Setup Problem I had

I'm an retired electronics technician and had hard time working with my phone's ability to read the QR codes. However, when it worked, it just about set itself up with no additional programming. A great feature is that it sends the alarm signal to the app on your cellphone so you are notified even if your not home. Note: When testing it out with water, I did it outside since the alarm has a ear piercing volume, and I have cats in my home.

Every home needs one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect little monitor for water leaks or freezes. Love that you can use the app in case anything happens while you are away so you can alert a house sitter or neighbor. Battery operated so you can rely on it even if there is a power outage.

Good product

Connects to wifi and a phone app, for immediate notification of a flood. Remote monitoring in real time is why I bought this, to hopefully avoid or reduce property damage in the event of a leak. Hopefully I'll never need to use this but it's nice peace of mind. Battery level and wifi signal strength also shows on the phone app.
