During a rainy week the hinge did to not rust and held a high quality function even when wet. After about 2 weeks of use they still work as they should After continued daily use.

Top notch quality
I work as a facility manager and have lots of experience with a variety of door hinges, some are top notch quality while others are poor quality and add a lot of frustration to the job. I can say that the Brinks Commercial Ball Bearing Hinges are a great hinge. Well built, heavy duty and help even the heaviest of doors move with ease. Glad to have found these and I am going to be ordering more very soon.
