Better than Aussie licorice!

Pretty sure the first reviewer got a bad bag, because the ones I bought at a local store were delicious. I like these better than Australian licorice. Just the right amount of softness, and not too sweet or syrupy. But it is very true that you must be careful when buying from Marketplace vendors, and definitely report any issues to Walmart.

DO NOT BUY!

I bought these for a friend who loves licorice! While there are numerous like candies at more reasonable prices, I chose this one for its descriptions of the product having a SOFT TEXTURE! I have not opened the package, but I can feel through the thin bag, that the pieces are NOT AT ALL SOFT, as they were described! If you don't mind paying MORE THAN DOUBLE, for a small amount of hard licorice candy... I guess its your money! To make matters WORSE, the actual bag was not new %26 fresh looking, but looked as if it had been RE PACKAGED into an old used bag. I'm certain Walmart's recent return policies, will not be favorable to ME, but to the decidedly NON DISCOUNT WALMART CHAIN! So I say to shoppers: FOREWARNED... BUYER BEWARE... ETC., ETC.!
