This is the best Kona I've found for my husband

I have been ordering gourmet 100% from various shops to find the best one for my husband. He said these beans were the freshest he has had - shiny and oily as they should be!

Verified Purchase

The Kona was aged well. Almost too well. I roast my own Kona. So mine is super fresh after I degass it for 1-2 weeks. This Walmart Kona I've had in the past, it's just old. I was gonna return it. I wish it had a roast date on the bag. It had an expiration date of June 2026. So it was at least 4 months old. And the bag had air in it. Whereas my previous purchase, the bag was sealed really well. It made a difference in the flavor profile.
