what the other ppl are saying about this is true i found that out when i got it i did everything just like it said in the instructions i soaked the winks in water for a day and it still wasn't working so i tried something i wasn't for sure would work i had some smaller wicks that i had but i ended up having to use 6 because they were way shorter than the other's but when i got it all together it worked and i didn't soak the smaller ones so if u are having the trouble everyone else is just change the wicks smaller ones will work trust me
