Rated excellent on the Yuka app which means it has an excellent amount of fiber, has some protein, is very low in saturated fats, very little sodium, and no risky additives which is the best part. The only negatives about this product is it is a little high on the calorie and sugar side but I’ll take it. I’m addicted to these things. Makes you believe your eating a brownie

These are not some dry and hard granola bar. They are slightly crunchy and just soft enough. Taste is excellent. Nutritional label: Sugar 18%, Carbs 10%, Fiber 11%, Protein 13% and best of all, Sat Fats 8% Two nice size bars in one serving pack, six packs to a box for under $6. So glad I discovered Kind bars.
