Impressive pizza oven for the money

Pizza oven was very simple to set up. Worked best on a 20 pound tank. I have made a lot of pizzas over the years in an indoor oven and the very first pizza I made in the Blackstone Pizza oven I was told by my family that it was the best pizza I have ever made. Crispy crust both bottom and outer edge. Very impressed with ease of use and had a pizza in about 5 minutes not 20.

The best!

This was my third pizza oven I tried over a the week period. The other two were those ones you see on social media - one pellets and the other propane - and those two sucked - burned pizzas on the edges and were uncooked in the middle. The propane one actually caught the pizza on fire ... Enough about those - this Blackstone pizza oven is the best. 450 - 500 is my range for about 8 minutes (on low once you get to temp) - turn 90 degrees every 2 minutes and put the door back on. Crank to high between pizzas to keep the stones hot and keep turning it great pies!

Better pizza oven than I expected.

Awesome pizza oven. Cooks frozen pizza in 5 min or less. Just light the oven, get the pizza from the freezer, unwrap add any extra toppings by that time the oven is getting hot. put pizza in the oven, set timer for 5 min. Done. I especially like how the crust gets crisp.
