My favorite probiotic

This is my favorite probiotic. Several years back I was really struggling with getting multiple UTIs and a holistic doctor recommended I try a probiotic. I did a lot of research over which ones had the strains that I knew to benefit that kind of issue and this one has them. It's the most affordable one that I found, especially the price that Walmart has for it. I've been using it for years.

great for bloating

i got recommended this by a doctor alongside topical treatments for acne caused by hormonal and stomach problems. So far I have been taking it for about half a year, my acne and stomach health have improved although it s hard to say how much was because of this since I had other treatments as well. One thing i can definitely say is that taking it after a heavy meal helps immensely with digestion and reduces bloating and discomfort
