The HexClad 8 Inch tempered glass lid construction allows you to see what you?re cooking without removing the lid. Tempered glass construction also helps protect against cracks and breaks. Each cover has steam vents and a stay-cool handle. The hexagon design is created through a laser etching process to provide both stainless steel and a nonstick surface. This dual surface allows your nonstick pan to still sear while using less oil, grease, and butter. Durable cooking pans built to last require tri-ply construction. The first and third layer is stainless steel for sturdy nonstick features, while aluminum in between conducts consistent, even heat distribution. Amazing pan that works super great!
HexClad Hybrid Cookware 8 inch Frying Pan with Cooking Lid is one of the best pans I have ever owned! This 8 inch wonder pan is so well made and durable with a lifetime warranty. It is the perfect multi purpose that can cook anything with being non stick and cooks food thoroughly. Made with stainless steel and non stick ceramic and aluminum in between them, the Hexclad patented cookware technology and the laser-etched hexagon design. The steel ridges inside the pan have valleys and peak for a better cook surface that sears, fries, cooks better and faster. The stay cool handle is the best and doesn't get hot and the included lid is just a bonus. But make sure you follow the instructions of seasoning the pan, that is the 1st important step. The 2nd important thing is to not cook with these pans on high heat, the hexclad technology only needs temps from to low to medium heat, because it can ruin the pan. This pan is metal utensil safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe and is scratch resistant. Cleanup on this pan is a breeze as well and you can even use steel wool. We love our eggs cooked with this pan whether it be fried, scrambled or an omelet, it is the best. I highly recommend the HexClad Hybrid Cookware 8 inch Frying Pan with Cooking Lid for each and everyday of quality, easy cooking!

Super Impressed!
I am obsessed with this Fry Pan from Hexclad. I need the set! It cooks the most perfect pancakes and grilled cheese! The first time. It had a perfectly even cook, nice golden brown edge to edge. They didn't stick at all! It cleans up super easy! I love that I can use it in the oven and it's dishwasher safe. It's really top quality cookware!

Best pan for small meals
This is one of the best non stick pans I've ever had. This is perfect for doing eggs. This pan is a super easy clean up. It cooks evenly throughout the pan. I would highky recommend this for the chefs of the family. They will thank you for it.
