A dose is 5 capsules, in which you can barely taste anything. I took 3 for a few days, each day, and it does what it is supposed to. I drank more water while taking it and throughout the day. I slow down after dinner so that I can sleep through the night. I am very pleased that the ingredient list is lean, and that I don't have to take EEVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) or Coconut Oil, which gags me. Although, I was getting used to these flavors. THANK YOU FOR REMAINING A CLEAN PRODUCT !! (NO manmade chemical ingredients, which can cause medical issues and sterility.)
