best soap for frequent hand washing

Love this soap, smells amazing, doesn't dry out my hands. My employer special-ordered it for me. It does not have a strong odor. I do not like heavy scents, perfumes, or air fresheners, but I do like this. To me, it smells like a nice, clean, lightly scented soap. However, the last one I had, I swear it was antimicrobial, and this one is not. I am looking for this product in antimicrobial, which apparently isn't a thing and if it used to be, it isn't anymore, which is unfortunate.
