This makeup setting powder does help me keep the shine down on my face. So, I think it's worth buying. I'm only giving it 4 stars, because if you don't read "THE TECHNIQUE", (directions) carefully, you've ended up without the Velour Puff. I thought it was included. I treat it now like other mineral powders where you shake some of the powder onto the lid, and use a Kabuki brush to apply.

Container sealed

I really love the translucent powder but what I don't like is the residual powder that clings to the inside of the container.. I submitted an inquiry on how to open it and it is not possible. This container should be repackaged so a customer can use the product in its entirety.
