Helps clear your winter sinuses

Saline nasal spray is a necessity in the winter. It helps to keep things clean and fresh inside the nose and sinuses. The salt in it helps keep bacteria down. I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using this daily for preventative maintenance. I can breathe so much better! I also used to get the occasional bloody nose in the winter due to dryer air but not anymore!
