I consult those (speech therapists, and pediatric psychologists ), in need of some advice (those who truely want to try everything, to help a child), for a nominal fee online or call. I can say this toy does relieve some stress by physically reacting to their sensory, and excites their curiosity to assist in occupying abilities and recognizing the bright colors. Love these wiggle fidgets

These are great fidget toys but they don't spin. They are more of a wiggle. My son and I love them. The appearance and texture/feel are great. They last for a while but will come apart (in sections) so they are not for the youngest children.
