It works great for what it is. The quality is good and it is cute. But it is a bit heavy and for all the high quality glass, design and metal closing, there is a plastic facet. Added to it didn't fit in my refrigerator. I had to put it on the door, where the milk goes. Given that it's heavy, I really don't want two heavy items on the door. So, why did I give it 5 stars and recommend it? Mainly because it works. Not actually for me, but it is a good drink holder.

Perfect fir Sun Tea

The tap seems cheaply made but my last one lasted for many years. I worry about carrying it by the handle when it's full, but seems strong enough to carry outdoors to make sun tea. Fits perfect in my refrigerator. I love the vented seal that allows pressure in so there is no need open the lid for pouring.

I was amazed that it made it in one piece since it came in 2 regular Walmart bags inside a regular plastic mailer all the way from Kentucky. The only thing we're having a bit of an issue with is that the lid keeps coming off easily. But that can be handled with a pair of pliers. It fits nicely in the door of the frig, but is taller than the other tea jug we had. Do like the handle where the other one didn't.
