This is the only review I have left on this site, but I just had to. I have super brittle nails %26 fairly bad hair loss after having two babies in very short succession. I tried hair growth serums, nail strengthening polishes, other vitamins, nothing really worked. I bought this with honestly very little expectation. I couldn't tell you the time frame because I, again, wasn't really expecting much or paying attention. All I know is that I was consistent about taking two a day per directions, and by the time I was about halfway/three quarters through, I was reaching for the bottle and suddenly noticed my fingernails were longer than usual. I went to touch them, and they were so strong that they wouldn't bend (they had been so thin and sad that my nails were always bending and breaking off previously) The gummies taste good, so it's easy to be on top of taking them. They're a little firmer than other Olly brand gummy vitamins, but they're still easily chewable. And best of all, if you're consistent, they really do work. Highly recommend.
