Good ! Fast !

I almost forgot to make the stuffing. Everything was ready and someone said where's the stuffing. I made it literally in two minutes as soon as the water was boiled, I poured it in bam done. Thanksgiving and it was really good. Everybody finished it and wanted more. I look good and fresh.

So Easy and So Good in place of potatoes

I gave up potatoes about a year ago and use this as a substitute. I will never stop missing real potatoes but stuffing does a great job to satisfy me. I also use riced cauliflower for the same purpose. I don't follow the directions as listed...I boil water in the microwave, add my butter stir until melted and pour the liquid over the mix in a metal pan, cover with a lid and set aside for 5 minutes or so. Fluff with a fork prior to serving. This fixes itself while I tend to the last minute details of dinner.

The flavor is excellent I do add green peppers and onions to the bread crumbs when I'm using it for stuffing also cornmeal and I cook it I also like using these for breadcrumbs crumbling them up and making my own bread crumbs their season and it turns out well.
