Great topper! Give it time to expand.

Comes in a box, vacuumed sealed. When I first took it out it looked like some of the other pictures posted of really flat pad. It doesn't come with instructions but I looked back at the details on here and it said how it needs time to get bigger. It wasn't even 24 hours later (I think it says can keep expanding up to 72 hours but not positive) and it was huge! We got the 4” one and it is all 4”. I love it on our bed! It's just like memory foam and contours to your body. I'm really surprised from how it started that it got so big but it did and has been great! Very happy with the purchase. Just make sure you give it time to “fluff” up before you put on your bed. Attaching 2 pictures, how it looked right out of the box and then about 12 hours later.

Had note inside box saying to open box and remove topper upon receiving. “Inside” the box. So you did not see it until you opened the box . Next the topper has a huge crease. I got it because I am recovering from another spine surgery. My last one from another company was a lot better. This one is so bad, I may have to throw away and buy another one
