Made with ConfioAir technology, each brief is highly breathable, which helps limit contamination and keeps the skin healthy. Adult incontinence briefs have stretch side panels and a polymer topsheet to give a firm fit that is comfortable and eliminates leakage. Briefs have refastenable tabs that lets the wearer change them either by fastening the tabs or by pulling up or down. The InstaDri Air system in each pair of adult incontinence briefs locks in moisture, and odor control technology helps in sealing the liquid to block any odor. Briefs protect against moderate to heavy bladder and/or bowel incontinence. Available medium size, these briefs suit people with a waist size of 33 to 52 inches.

Great design, oustanding product!
I do not know what I would doing without this particular product. Due to multiple conditions I have no bladder control whatsoever and these briefs give me total freedom for at least four hours and permit all normal life activities. I was not familiar with Tena and first I tried every product commonly available in drug stores but all proved to be leaky and/or uncomfortable or impractical. The people who designed these briefs were really clever; they knew exactly what are an incontinent person's needs in terms of relieability and comfort. I wish I could congratulate them for the perfect design. I certainly will keep using this product.

Great Product
Because of my size I had to try several products and manufacturers before I found the right product for me. The product I now use is 61390. I weigh just over 300 pounds but this product is perfect for my needs. On occasion, I have used one of these briefs for more than 15 hours a day without any leakage. I am now retired and use this daily whenever I have to leave home for more than an hour. For new users I would suggest that they practice putting on the brief until they find the best way tor them. I did this and now am able to put on the briefs and be ready to go in less than two minutes.
