These beautifully designed razors allow a barber to easily change a blade between clients and provide luxury shaves with an instrument that mimics a traditional straight razor. Unlike traditional straight razors, there never is any sharpening or stropping required. Parker Safety Razor shavette razors are used in barbershops and shave parlors worldwide. The unique "Clip to close" mechanism on this razor keeps the razor blade securely in place and perfectly aligned. Unlike most shavettes, our Parker Safety Razor SRX razor has a heavyweight stainless steel blade arm in addition to a stainless-steel handle - not lower-quality aluminum. Many have told us that our shavette razors perform just like a straight razor except that there is no honing or sharpening required.

THe real deal
This is a real barber razor. Heavy weight and not cheaply made. My barber actually uses this item. Great for edging, but it does take some practice.

Best Razor out there
Most of the razors out there are straight razors like this are cheap and flimsy. I actually purchased this one and showed it to my barber. What happened? He purchased the same one. I use this to straighten my edges when I have a beard. Love it.

Nice tool
This is a nice tool looks good feels sturdy. Its the first shavete I have used and I'm not close to mastering how to use so I wasn't able to get a good shave but at least there was no blood shed. Lack of a good shave wasn't the tools fault but my total lack of experience. It was comfortable in my hands and blade alignment seemed perfect. Nice weight and balance. I will review again once I get the hang of using it.
