I went to town as soon as I received the axe. maybe I'll wear gloves next time because I made some impressive blisters after an hour of clearing overgrowth in the forest. the quality is decent and the balance is appropriate for up to 3" trunks. kept sharpened, I can see this lasting me plenty of seasons.
