Dosage
As a dietary supplement, mix each scoop in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, use two scoops per day.
Instructions
Whey: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Scivation Whey into 4-8 ounces of water with a shaker cup or blender. Ingest two to three servings throughout the day or as needed to meet your protein needs. Vasocharge: Recommended Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 level scoops with 6-12 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Recommended Use on Non-Training Days: Mix 1-2 level scoops with 6-12 ounces cold water and consume prior to your first meal of the day. To assess tolerance, begin with one scoop and increase dosage until tolerance level is established up to 2 scoops.

I love this product. My daughter introduced Xtend to me. I'm always dehydrated and now I drink a lot more water. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this is sugar free using sucralose. It tastes amazing! My favorite flavors are grape, strawberry kiwi and blue raspberry ice. I don't work out. I am disabled and use a walker and a scooter.

My Gen Z kid was getting headaches after working out, even when he drank lots of water. I did some research on the best hydration drinks and powders before setting on these - and they are excellent! They even kept him hydrated during a long, hot day of running around outdoors playing paintball. The watermelon flavor tastes fresh - not sugary and heavy like candy - almost like you're drinking watermelon juice. I especially recommend this during the hot summer months when you're sweating and may not even realize you're getting dehydrated. Play it safe and add some to your water bottle to make sure you're getting the hydration you need.
