We have been using a Chemex pour over for years. I typically have to buy the filters from Williams Sonoma or World Market to get the best price. Finally decided to give a reusable filter a shot though this time when I ran out. This steel coffee filter is much better than I expected. Obviously you get more sediment than you would with a thick filter, but not much (less than a french press), and the cheap filters from Trader Joe's placed inside this will filter all sediment and oils easily if I ever want a super clean end product and super quick clean up. Love it!
