one of the biggest reason I went to get this product is because it's one of the few whey protein powder containers and brands that you can get with EBT that isn't going to cost 40 to $60
I'm always on the go so I'm never really able to sit down for a meal between taking care of a baby and a 10 year old, time never stands still.
also, working night shift 3 days of the week doesn't help lol.
I had bought another brand of protein powder on Amazon last month... and it wasn't whey protein powder. which typically if it doesn't have the whey protein in it, for some reason I think it tastes so bad. anytime I've ever had protein powder without whey protein it's just bothering me taste wise...
I've always used body fortress strawberry whey protein powder. but I also realized that it was causing a lot of side effects like gas and stomach cramps and constipation and all that jazz and I found out that happens to people locked in.
I found this for a couple dollars cheaper on here, and EBT eligible. so I had to get it. strawberry is my favorite whey protein powder and a lot of times it's hard to find a good sale online and find strawberry flavor. so I had to get it
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN I HAVE A WINNER!
typically depending on my day or shift, if I'm going to work overnight, I will make a smoothie when I'm getting ready for work in the late afternoon after I've slept while the boys are at school and daycare/summer camp.
it will get me through my whole shift until 5:00 a.m. I won't be hungry I won't be agitated and I get really hangry really easily.
also days I work during the day I try to make it every morning. my job involve a lot of moving around and standing up and I also walk to and from my job as it's about 30 minutes walking distance from home. I live up a very steep Street so I get a lot of working out when walking home.
it's been helping me feel better and lose the baby weight and makes me feel healthier.
me personally? I probably would drink it by itself for sure because I like the flavor., but what i do to get all the aded good stuff in?
