Most absorbent gummy magnesium I've tried

I've taken magnesium and noticed the positive difference in my health. After going down the rabbit hole of how important magnesium is and which form(s) is/are most bioavailable, I tried to find one for kids but in gummy form with glycinate. couldn't find a consistent, inexpensive, effective brand until I found THESE. They're actually dangerously delicious and highly absorbent (in my opinion). I take them myself now, too! I recommend only 1 for adults and kids for moderate (but great) sleep, and 2 for a deep, long nights' sleep.

Kids like them!

I love that it has a mix of magnesium glycenate and citrate because they both do different things. We use them to naturally calm the kids at bedtime, I don't like to use melatonin. My kids are picky and they like the taste and take them without any fussing at night. Comparable price to the other brands I buy occasionally.
