Doctor's Best To Get Back On Track
It's the first time taking Doctor's Best brand of Alpha Lipoic Acid and it's working well for me so far. I use some of their other supplements, so I thought I would try this one since I ran out of my regular brand. I use it in conjunction with other supplements to help regulate my inflammation and pain. I wasn't sure if it was really working in the beginning until I was without it for a couple of weeks. After I restarted taking it, I started to feel back on track. I wouldn't take a chance to go without it again.

ALA is an antioxidant and is recommended for neuropathic pain. If you are trying to step away from OTC pain meds that can compromise your liver and kidneys then this is an option to look into. Ask Grok or your fav AI about it. I asked Grok to find the best ALA products on this website and Doctor's Best was one of the top suggestions. It had no interactions with my meds and that is key.
