I adore these cookies. if you love pumpkin pie spice. These cookies are for you. Like little pies in cookie form. The cookies themselves are crispy and reminiscent of pie crust. The filling is a pumpkin spice dream. Creamy and smooth it is even tasty frozen. They're addicting. Oh yumm. It's easy to go through an entire pack. With a cold glass of milk you can't go wrong.
