The cot is decent as far as comfort but it could be better. My husband says that the bar underneath gets him right across the middle of his back. Also, our granddaughter has slept on it with the same results. They both have had to add several blankets to it so the bar underneath doesn't hurt. Other than that, it's a good cot.
