Did not deliver as promised

When I ordered the filters it was marked a 2-pack with a price of $33.95. When I got the order, there was only 1 filter. I contacted the company and they indicated that I had misread the information, so I sent a screen shot showing that it was a 2-pack for the price. Their response was to change the information on the Walmart ad. Since they had advertised it originally as a 2 pack, I feel I should have either received 2 or a refund for half of what I paid. When I worked in retail, that's how we handled it. I will never order from this seller again
