It was easy to make, and I think that any meat of your choice would be good with it. We used hamburger, and everybody loved it! I think it's a little bit spicier than other similar products, and we love spicy so that was a plus for us. I would definitely purchase this product and recommend it to others. Beans and rice together make a complete protein, so you could even eat this without adding meat to it, which would make it even quicker and easier to make. I'm thinking of trying that for a weekend lunch!

Typically I wouldn't of thought to try this as a dinner mainly because i instantly thought it would be too spicy. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact it is not spicy and has just the right flavor to it, not bland and not too bold. Also I like how you can you healthier alternatives, my protein was ground turkey and I used olive oil instead of butter. It was good and I feel great eating something thats on the healthier end.
